This software is unique in that it provides one interface that is used both to dictate, and for transcription. Dictations may be recorded at the PC using a microphone, or easily imported using a digital voice recorder (we recommend the Olympus WS-311M as no other proprietary software is required). The same software is used by secretarial staff to listen and transcribe. The software comes with instructions about how to link to a USB footpedal, so that transcription is easy - you can type in one application (any application) and use the function keysor footpedal to rewind etc at the same time. |
